"We are 2 in 2 for bad shipping experiences in this place. The first time, after making the order online and 1 hour of waiting we called and we were told that they did not have our order. We then re-ordered them to wait for another hour and receive a cold meal. after discussion and complaint to customer service, we were supposed to receive an amount of credit by email that never happened. Since I like this restaurant chain, I recommended. The second time, I made the order by phone and the waiting time was 45 minutes, 1 hour later, I called and I was told that the deadlines were longer than 45 minutes and waited for about half an hour. I recalled 45 minutes later and my order was not yet gone, so I ended up canceling and not eating cold once again.Svp, review your delivery service."

"Nous sommes de passage et voulions rester à notre hôtel. Nous avons commandé 4 items et absolument tout était médiocre! Pas frais, goût douteux, sauces hors normes (spareribs, sauce rouge, etc..). 1 riz, 1 spareribs, 2 rouleaux printemps, 1 poulet ananas (bobo balls dégueulasses a la place!!) pour $50!! Si vous avez le choix, allez pour la pizza, ne commandez pas à ce restaurant!"
