When you go to pricy place like Salt and have very high expectations it is pretty amazing that they can still impress. The food was amazing! I think they may have prepared each grain of rice separately! Nothing overpowering, everything prepared with care and expertise. The service was pleasant and knowledgeable. Food is still good. New chef seems very technically skilled, but the restaurant has lost its Southern Charm and is now focused more on being a European style fine dining. Service is still amazing.
