The woman at the cash register was impolite, the man preparing coffee was sneezing without covering his mouth, and another employee was wiping her nose while handling customers' food. I will not be returning to this restaurant, they need to hire new staff.
This Dunkin' location is the closest one to me, but it has consistently been a disappointment. I visit many different Dunkin' locations and even when I order the same drink here, it never measures up in terms of quality. I have tried a variety of drinks here, but they always seem rushed and the taste is consistently off. Even the cold foam, which is barely noticeable, is not up to par. I have requested more foam several times, but it has not been done here as it has at other locations. From start to finish, my experience at this Dunkin' has been awful.
