Taco Bell - Florida City

Great friendly service. Forgot one of my items, but were very quick to get it. Apologizing

I live near by and this is a ridiculous example of how poor this restaurant is daily. First they get half our order wrong then gave my husband attitude when she had to fix it. Next they made us donate without asking!?? You gotta be kidding me. And I would have donated if asked but yall really couldn’t even ask people!? Literally scamming folks. Ask for yall receipts cause she wasn’t gonna give us one at first.

It made me sick to my stomach. I could not eat for three days.

They are getting better at drive thru. And the Taco Bell/KFC combo fits our family well. The kids like TB but usually sub the meat for black beans. The wife and I usually get KFC strip meals or the pot pie. I haven't been inside since they remodeled but the wife says it's a lot better design.Vegetarian options: You can ask for black beans on any TB item. KFC... No :

Thank you to the lady at the drive thru window, working on tonight: 02/28/24, at approx 8PM; with the dark hair, who prepared my families food tonight. We started driving a little further up the road to avoid the nearest location by our home (987 N Homestead Bivd, Homestead, FL 33030 =horrible experience multiple times),So we started going to the one on exit 1. And it’s much better!!! TYSM, we really appreciate you for good and quick customer service. :
