Panda Express - Fond du Lac

Stopped at 4.30 and driven only with so many non-available means of life. what's going on? We went, was a favorite place of us, but not anymore. I need a good manager.

I’m not sure why the owner hasn’t pulled the plug on this place yet. Can only offer two items on the entire menu. Certainly don’t come here if you’re from out of town because they don’t even have silverware or napkins to offer through the drive-thru. No escaping the drive-thru line when you’re in it. At least have the courtesy to put some signage before you get trapped in the line.

This panda Express is known for not opening when they are supposed to. More then 3 times I've waited in the parking lot to order food through the drive thru for the hours listed for operation. But they seem not to care about the opening time. I've seen some workers come in 15 late to open the doors for workers to start working . I've complained about this before and NOTHING has been done. High ups seem not to mind this. Nothing has been resolved.

Placed an order for pickup and it should have been ready in 10 minutes. I get there wait 10 minutes in line to be told they are out of broccoli beef and mushroom chicken andnit will be a further 20 minutes. Still waiting 20 minutes later. Plan to make this a day trip and if you order at noon maybe get your food by midnight.

Always out of most menu items. Drive through is tremendously long wait and insid dining is still closed. This is one of the worst managed restaurants I've ever been to.
