Pizza Hut - Fort Walton Beach

Pizza was old. Many workers go around and chatting only one worker help customers. Pizza hat is definitely on the hill. I remember the last time it was nice and fresh.

Came in to dine with my friend and order our pizza, which they forget our order and they 30 minutes before they put our pizza in the oven. Waited a few minutes so for a legit hour and we went the manager for our food and went and found it apparently she had it sitting for 15 minutes cold....manger said he called our names but he never did. We're sitting here at the table next to the counter. Saw there for a HOUR! Manger doesn't know what he's doing.

Only ordered the 18 bones in wings and saved about 25 of the overhauled wings I've ever eaten. I guess they thought if they were thrown into a few extra wings, we'd overlook them being overcooked. No. They also took 45 minutes to let me know they wouldn't deliver based, so I had to meet them at the gate. Thank God I had not drunk (my husband was), so I could pick them up, but they accused us of a delivery fee. Not happy

We arrived on Saturday afternoon. The staff was outside in conversation/smoking. We had to wait for order. The staff had trouble picking in our order. Credit card machine was very slow. All tables were dirty. The tables were not in stock with paper towels or Parmesan cheese. Order was wrong and pizza was cold. Pieces were not cut through. There were 1 other customers in place.

Decided to give 2 starts instead of 1 because the delivery driver was great however when the food arrived there was no marinara for the cheese sticks and no icing for the cinnamon sticks. The driver drove back and got it for me so kudos to him however the food wasn?t fresh and I had to reheat it back up in my own oven so it would taste somewhat edible. The edges of the pizza in the $10 dinner box had no cheese or marinara on it, it was just bread and pepperoni. Overall, not worth the money I spent on it.
