Your AC was out and failed to mention that, i am 8 months pregnant, we were celebrating our 7 year Anniversary, we dont get to go out much as we have a 6 3 year old, we ate fast and left quickly, not very relaxing or enjoyable. I over heard waitstaff tell certain tables the AC was out. View all feedback.
First time at Kona Grill. Not too busy for a Saturday evening with short wait times. However, restaurant was very warm inside. Not overly uncomfortable but not what you’d expect from a business in the middle of summer in Phoenix. Service was ok. Drinks had little ice and became warm in a short amount of time. Food was just ok. Ordered a wide selection of entrees ranging from a ribeye, pad Thai, sushi and a kid’s meal. Pad Thai was probably the best just not worth $150 for 4 people. Better options locally available for the price.
It was extremely hot in the restaurant and the noise level was fairly loud making conversation difficult.
Stopped in for Happy Hour. Had great food and fantastic service from Don…
