They are doing a good job and have come along way in the last couple years. Newer staff seem to really care about the customer. They are not perfect, but a order for a family of 6 picky eaters can be big and complicated and I am not perfect either, they get it right more than wrong now, and they get it to me in under 3 minutes and I can't ever do that. I had a very bad experience, I was just there with my family, I had ordered my food and they made mistakes with my order. They gave me the wrong food item and I asked them nicely to switch it.
