I have to start by saying that I really enjoy Fazoli. I lived in the area without one, and I would only get it if I traveled through North Texas. I enjoy the prices and quality of food. The only problems I have are that they are not always consistent with bread sticks. The staff is not always friendly. The dining room is sometimes bad. It's said I still want to come back every time.
