"We visited on October 13th it was our first time, got off the tram at 2 oh my gosh do we recommend the tram Ray is the absolute best, anyway we ran to the bistro excited about the food. Got there at 2:07 ordered a bison steak and a kids burger, everyone who came after us got served first and these were large parties and there was at least 5 different groups of 4-6 people in each so we aren’t exaggerating. Got our two waters at 2:20 and the glasses were nasty they finally brought our food at 2:37 they informed us they were out of white gravy and gave us brown husband doesn’t like brown gravy and it would’ve been fine if the mash potatoes weren’t freezing the steak was so fatty and nasty the burger was just awful and cold. The only thing they did right was the cold French fries. The waitress couldn’t be bothered with us. It was truly awful, that being said the Canyon was amazing the trout fishing was amazing the ladies from the stables were so nice the gift shop people were so accommodating and Ray our tram tour guide kept us entertained and laughing the whole 2 hours I would recommend everything but the bistro it was expensive and gross."
