What Albert Vo doesn't like about Waba Grill:
I went here for lunch and tried their new Boom Boom tacos. I chose the chicken taco and thought it was lacking flavor and the chicken meat could use some more grilling. The carne asada taco was flavorful and tender to each bite. I didn't try the shrimp because I was afraid it would be a disappointment like their pollo taco. Their manager is so rude. Not friendly at all. I don’t know what his problem is but he treats his customers so poorly and says rude comments to his employees. Do better.
Management was terrible. They made a mistake and refuse to fix the problem but prefer to just give me a refund. Sent my experience to WaBa Grill on the receipt and never got a response.
This is probably the worst Waba I've ever been to. The cashier speaks very broken English and will butcher your order. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, but no more.
Not feeling safe eating black residue from your grilled food, probably due to overcooking and grills not being cleaned enough.
