Really quirky hotel , small intimate but with a great buzz about it, love the mix of music played ! Great location, right by Westfield shopping centre and easy commute I to central London from Shepard's bush station or likewise to and from Heathrow via Hammersmith. Even though there were always at least 2 bartenders at the bar, neither would ever come to the tables to ask for orders unless you'd already ordered at the bar. Food was okay but expensive. Drinks were a LOT! But the bartenders did take their time making mixed drinks. Can’t believe the poor quality TV reception at this hotel. You’d think we were in the remotest part of the UK instead of west London. Absolutely appalling.

"This was my first dining experience at Langley's Restaurant and followed a lengthy day of Christmas shopping and it was an excellent way to end the day. The restaurant was full with three large Christmas parties but the staff made me and my two guests very welcome and included us in the lively atmosphere that was present. The service was very friendly and efficient especially given how busy the restaurant was, the staff engaged us in good conversation throughout our stay. The menu was varied and offered a good choice of dishes from starters through to dessert. When each course arrived we were delighted with our choices, the food was exceptionally well prepared, perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. There was a wide choice of wines to choose from and our choice proved a wise one. I also liked the live music that was played throughout the evening, an excellent backdrop that added to the atmosphere. Overall the dining experience was excellent and I thank the staff for making our dining experience such a good one."
