Panera Bread - HAVERTOWN

Overall beautiful experience. We went to lunch on Thursday. Was not overpowered and was second in line. Tested the new Baja basket. I was somewhat disappointed by the product served against the product on the advertisement. Looks like they gave me half against a whole thing. The Baja bowl came with bread on the side. The Baja bowl was delicious, but not filling. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Big manager! This positive assessment is for the manager. I hope the owners see it. I don't know his name, but he worked on 30. December at 12:15; short black guy at 5’7”. They screwed up my order, and the manager was very nice, very friendly and very helpful to fix it. I came mad and made me feel good. Great customer service experience! Give him an increase!

I love Panra! My order is always a hot black coffee, a chicken stew salad and an apple. Go on what you do panra! You have a great bakery and the sandwiches are to die!! I'll be back again and again.

Great food! I’m a little disappointed in the service, because they wrote my my name wrong so be sure to spell it for them. He wrote lilard instead of Miller, it look me a min to figure out that my order was actually being prepared. I would’ve gave them 5 stars if it wasn’t for poor service. Be sure to try the cinnamon crunch latte, it was amazing.

Dear Panera. If you didn't try Panera, just try. They have flatbread pizza, soup, salads and sandwiches, drinks, such as w/o all preservatives. It's a little healthier.
