"I visit this place for first time and my experience are surprising very good. Probably the best gelato had in very long time! So rich and good in flavour. And not over prices! 2 scoops in a cup I have payed £3.75. The best triple choco and ferrero rocher flavours ever! Must visit in Inverness dessert shop!"

"Waited in a half empty restaurant for 40 minutes for a cold hamburger! The fries were nasty and the service was no existent! When the food finally did arrive , we then had to ask for cutlery. Everything was extra and people just left as no one took orders . Poor poor poor"

"We loved staying here, this place is a real gem of a classic Scottish hotel. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was superb: really enjoyed the level of service we received. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent, one of the best we had on our trip through Scotland. Rooms: A bit smaller than we'd hoped for, but clean and very comfortable Food drinks: Loved the cozy bar with the fireplace. The level of service was excellent. We really enjoyed the delicious food and classic dining room experience."

"Had a wonderful tasting experience here... they have a few flights to try, but we built our own, and then tried several more. Charlie was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, and he led us to a few single bottles they had chosen in the distillery. In all, one of the best whisky bars I've ever had. Great service, choice and environment."

"This place is a great example of how teamwork should look in the service area. From Manager/Host/Witter/Trainer to the supervisor/runner, Watpersonal and Bar-Tender, this place has a perfect service! At one point or another, everyone came to our table to check us and make sure everything was our pleasure. The food was phenomenal and the mixedologists creations were fantastic! The carrots tomato starter soup was amazing as the pan fried sea bass. Recommend this place to anyone looking for good food in this area. Make sure to make reservations early on the day or a daily advance if possible as the good places are booked early."
