I can't say enough about this property. They treat you as if you were the only ones. The whole staff knew us by the end of our week. The spa was amazing, the food was top notch, there is a small shop serving ice cream that is walkable. Hands down one of our best memories! View all feedback.

in the lobby was pulled away directly, not parking on the left side pavlion room was not ready until 4.15 pm no text tp let me know? paid for King Suite with sea view. I wouldn't expect the price to be paid for two nights. wi-fi didn't work or coffee k cup was broken. Shower had no hot water, but sink? Room service was fine, but foodquallty was best on average. The service is very good. From the time you get to the door it feels like home. The beach is beautiful. Everyone was very nice. The food was very good as well. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The housekeeping was timely and the room was clean.

I went and went to another hotel and will not return
I'm excited because we're big fans of the Omni chain. Last year we were in Amelia Island, Berkshire Place in NYC and that was our second visit to HHI. Did the rooms run down a little? Maybe, but honestly, we're here to relax, not nitpick. What the rooms are are huge. This room is not easy to find unless renting an apartment in HHI. The kitchenette alone is worth the price. Our only disappointment was that I made two requests on the highest floor possible and not near an elevator. We were able to check in super early (yes! and they apologized say that the highest floor I could get was the 3rd, who was literally not a big deal at all. But we get out of the elevator and bam the room was right there. Next to the elevator. So my husband said something and they immediately pulled us 4 doors down, but the joke was on us because the Ac was terrible (and to people from the north, it was hot in HHI! . They were patient with us and asked for help and offered us to move again (we could not say yes that we could not be so annoying. On the second day they sent a second engineer, Reese (sp. .. he is a jewel, Omni. Huge yelled at him! What brings us to omni again and again is customer service, no matter where we go, it is the same. Always beyond and beyond the check-in to the loyalty ambassadors, to the bartenders literally every employee who comes in contact with always friendly, always helpful. Although this creates another strange disappointment, we were early, and it is definitely outside the season, but there were no bell services when we arrived. Not sure if it was lunch (as we saw them later in the week or again, only a lighter staff in March, but they are always the first people you see at a omni and always start your trip on a high note, so it was strange to have no one around and have to worry about everything yourself. No big deal. We should originally go to Nashville for 3 nights and literally 3 days before leaving, realized that we wanted to relax at HHI. We made the right choice. Palmetto Market is a pleasure (although you could open an online shop? So many things I wanted to bring home and I forgot! Mike at the pool bar (we went this day, but had to be there for the opening day! I could go on. Thank you for a visit!
We were in several Omni hotels and by far this is the worst property. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Our room had wallpaper combined with an outdated bathroom. It was lit. The only positive is the bed was comfortable. Service was also missing. We were told that the hotel had a van to transport guests to local restaurants. We decided to use this service-sized mistake! We came to the restaurant, but when we wanted to pick them up, we said the van was there in 15 minutes. After repeated calls, we repeatedly heard: “The driver is on the move.” After almost an hour of waiting, we decided to take a Lyft. We complained to the lady at the reception and she said she tried to argue with us. The outside of this property is beautiful and it has a beautiful pool with an extensive terrace area In summary we were very disappointed by this hotel. It is definitely not worth the nightly rate. We won't be back.
