What User doesn't like about Starbucks Dong Du:
cozy ambiente. not full. the room is not so large, but it is 3 etage, so yes floor area wise is huge. the staff are friendly. they are good in English, but not sure why the kerl wrote my name as r i l e, when I as a r l i (arli.) overall, it is a good place to go to foot of sheraton. Previously I went to this special situation of dieucks to change the landscape, although I always ordered my safest cup coffee the great American. sometimes a good chicken parini would help me stay energetic and continue my work. I also liked the stuffed croissants. Dieucks was always a good choice as it follows international well-known standards.
Tiny , tidy and clean with 2 floors , comfortable seats for working on computer , nice green window view with street vendors and corners . A bit cold from the air condition .
Good place for a drink with plenty of seats available (3 stories high).
Branch manager, please check this comment! The staff is even louder than the customers. They take most of the seats on the ground floor. Please be aware of that to remind your staff to be more professional.
Besides the fact that the drinks are not that good; I am only giving 1 star because, now you have to order, pay and WAIT TO COLLECT your iwn drinks at the counter. See, we are paying a higher price for drinks that are no better than other VIETNAMESE coffee shops, and yet, we are getting the worst service. I believe that in cases like this, the only thing to do is NOT to keep supporting this kind of places, where all they care about is to make money, and not to offer a good service/product. If we as customers do not say/do anything, pretty soon you'll see other places doing the same. Putting their own profit over service and customers.
