I wanted to order a grand coffee without sugar and I could also get a cup of ice cream. it was disgusting to taste. So when I went to work, I called the load and made a message with my details so that the load excited me. no answer so far 3 hours later, so I called her back no answer yet. it's the worse service I've ever met. Your typical OTR. Helpful, friendly staff. Good for fuel and food if you're hungry. This OTR has a car wash.
I attempted to order a large coffee without sugar, and I also wanted a cup of ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream was awful. After that, I reached out to customer service with my details to address the issue, but I haven't received a response even after three hours. I called again, but still no answer. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. It seems that some of the OTR stores have been slipping in quality, as some of the bathrooms are absolutely filthy. I'll be curious to see how long it takes for the OTR Holden Hill North store to respond.
Marco provided the worst service. We attempted to use a corporate card that didn't work, and when we mentioned we would get another card, he claimed he was going to cover our petrol expenses. He didn't offer us any other options, even though we were in a brand new Audi, and he treated us as if we were trying to steal something!
I stop by there on my way to work to grab a newspaper and something energizing.
Bad toilets and worst staff, I will not return
