This place is the best restaurant I was in Hawaii. Sushi is so fresh, tasty and ridiculous cheap. $14 for the fat salmon bell. It melts in your mouth and strong taste of salmon rush on your head. $12 for 2 pieces of university and overflow. So worthy. Visit us View all feedback.

I went there 2 times and the first time there was a female server who was so nice and helpful. I went there 29 August 2023 and the service and the food was horrible I would never come there again to eat. Your server was rude and the welcome lady when we came in was rude. I will never eat at your rude establishment again thank you. View all feedback.
We have not made any reservations, so we have only taken out. Fortunately, the food quality was still very high. It reminded me of the food I had in Japan a few years ago. A small problem is that the take-out menu is not many options for children, so we only order Udon, tempura and grilled fish for my child.
This place requires a reservation. Don't go in. Super cheap for 12 pieces nigiri. Quality is also up there. The service is fast, so it seems as if they want you to order quickly, eat quickly and go so that they can turn around the table.
Best sushi on the island! If you're looking for an authentic Japanese sushi experience you don't see further. Thick generous cuts of perfectly prepared fish. The Otoro was tender and the Unagi should die. Would highly recommend a reservation. The price for quality was actually amazingly reasonable. We love to try new places as often as possible, but we will definitely return to Katsumidori.
Very delicious. Was about happy with the diversity when we were able to taste many articles. The sushi just melts in the mouth. All were very friendly. The Sakè was refreshing. I wish we could have sampled a few rolls. Make sure you make a reservation!
Around the corner of the Prince Waikiki lobby, we found some really good sushi. It is super hard to get a seat. MAKE RESERVATIONS! I can not stress that enough. We tried to walk up on a Wednesday evening, at 5pm opening for dinner, got turned away. Luckily they had an 8pm, and based on all of the parties that got to walk right past me because they had the awareness to make reservations, I quickly took them before someone else got it. Last call is 9pm. They are very thorough with the covid checks, so have your paperwork ready.. The food was delicious. Mostly great moments, but my last dish was crab tempura ? and I was let down. Buyer beware. Literally every thing else was superior, exceptional dining experiences. Servers were very attentive. Kept our drinks full. A cool encounter with an automated style, conveyor belt delivery system was a highlight to the evening, as well. I would definitely return.
