Holiday Inn London Gatwick Airport

The food was good, not long wait. bar was slow in service.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. the food was terrible and the nachos were cold and they did not put the veg with the fish cake. the food came too fast and for the money it was not acceptable. a sandwich from the garage would have been better.

There was a barman in the service, who also had to accept food orders. there was also one to be trained who could not hire and also could not take a 17-year-old. the night leader tried to help the service manager not. So when we tried to get food, 20 people were in line and like us, they were not happy. the one barman has kept a smile on his face! When the food arrived, it was okay if that was nicely hard and not hot.

The hotel needed a renovation in rooms as extremely tired look. woodwork everywhere needed painting or replacing in rooms. no central heating, only separate heating in rooms. eat and service well, but disappointed restaurant was closed as ready for the function next night!

The staff were really friendly, nice food and a nice restaurant
