"This little gem deserves 5*. It was freezing cold outside and we stepped into a room that was warm and toasty. Our waitress was fantastic. Warm and welcoming . We decided on thw Chicken Schnitzel, which was the daily special. This was well cooked. Juicy and tender. Veggies and wedges. Tasty mushroom sauce. Altogether delightful. Will definitely pop in again."

"What a delightful place in the heart of Tulbagh. Freshly baked goods, fresh 'roosterkoek ' and delicious coffee. A gem not to be missed I 'm Tulbagh. I had the eggs Benedict served on an open roosterkoek. I thought it was a great and refreshing dish. Unbelievable flavour and a good portion. The pasteis se Nata (custard tarts) were also not too bad. Not where you 'd expect to find an eaterynof this quality, but Amazing spot it has to be said."
