Stopped by after a whole day of shopping for Indian outfits..BEST decision ever! There's obviously a bunch of indian restaurants/cafes on the strip nearby but HIGHLY recommend this one! It's chill, its casual, its FAST! Samosa chaat- best chaat I ever had. Loved the crunch, the sev, and the sauce on top. All such a great combination where every bite was just perfect! Good portion size and decent price. Paneer Makhani... View all feedback.
I almost gave them a 5.. my rating would be 4.5 .. loved their food .. first timer .. we didn't know what to order but looking at previous pics in google, we went for chola batura, paneer makhani, thali and aloo parotta It did take sometime for the food to come , but it was worth the wait as most of the food was fresh and hot .. batura was awesomeeeee.. less oil .. loved the chenna.. paneer makhani was super good .. kids loved it .. tasted like home food .. aloo parotta was also good.. thali was average . Liked the palak paneer but aloo was average .. was a little expensive for 14$.. we also had piano puri and we liked it .. Parking is not good here . U might have to park somewhere and walk to this place. Overall a good experience . Customer service was excellent .. a little expensive overall .. but ok once in 6 months type food .. 4.5/5
This place served the best ragda pattice I have had in NJ. Typical Mumbai style street food. They have moved to New location in Somerville and now operate as Bombay Canteen.
Told me NOT to get an item as it will pigal/condense by the time I get home. Consistent, I love the khati rolls the most, but a lot of their items are great. How a takeout Indian restaurant SHOULD be run. Owner is one of the most friendly Gujratis I've met in the US, and throws in free stuff, and if you know Gujjus, they never throw in free stuff! That's saying something
Came here for an impromptu dinner on a Thursday night around 7. The restaurant is in a small strip mall with a tiny parking lot, however there's street parking available and I had no trouble finding parking. There are so many vegan options here! You just have to ask the waiter to show you the vegan menu, which is the menu with the black marks to indicate what isn't vegan. I ordered the mysore masala dosa which came with potatoes inside the dosa, a mint chutney, and a small lentil dipping sauce. I finished the whole thing (I was hungry), but the dosa was very light and airy. I would recommend getting an app if you want to be full off of this dosa. Would definitely come back to try many more vegan options here! Wish they had a vegan dessert!

I remember it was pretty thick. Return? Yes Recommend? Definitely!
