"Just wow. What a venue and what a setting. You can really not get any closer to the ocean unless you are in it. I love the casual vibe where you can sit with your feet in the sand and just relax. The service is incredible and our waiter was very knowledgeable and we never had to wait longer than 5 mins for anything we ordered. We opted for the shellfish platter for 2 and we should have invited more friends as the portions were fantastic and all the ingredients fresh. I most like how they serve everything in old tin cups and plates...reminds me a lot of my childhood. In the summer I can only imagine it must be a haven to visit and spend some well deserved down time at. A must visit if you are in the area as a landmark setting in Jay bay."

"Nina has a wonderful vegan menu with different options, you can get practically everything you want, but vegan. Super delicious food and good quality at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and always ready to take feedback. Definitely recommend Ninas when you visit Jbay. You also have really nice taking from vegan options"

"Fantastic gem of a restaurant!! Right opposite the surf in Jeffrey's Bay. Small and authentically decorated. Attentive staff and excellent chefs in the kitchen. We started with a tapas of fish cakes which we shared. They were delicious and full of Flaked fish and herbs. Then for mains we chose a seafood pasta...loaded with flavours and generous on the seafood medley!! The tour buses of youngsters arrived when we were there...it spoilt the ambience. However, still not a restaurant to miss out on."

"My boyfriend and I visited this place on August 11, 2023. While it's not a sprawling venue, it has a charm that can make even a small crowd feel bustling. During our visit, there was a lively gathering of older patrons inside, which prompted us to opt for outdoor seating, allowing my boyfriend to enjoy his vape. The seating arrangement, however, is quite close, making it easy to catch a whiff of neighboring tables' smoke. For non-smokers, this could potentially be a drawback. We were promptly greeted by a friendly waitress who handed us the menu. Since it was early in the evening and we planned to explore other bars before dinner, we were looking for a quick bite and some more drinks. We settled on the beer-battered onion rings with ranch dressing and corn dogs, both of which were exceptional. The accompanying dipping sauces added an extra layer of flavor. To our pleasant surprise, the bill came in at less than 200 rand, making it quite affordable for the quality of food and drinks we enjoyed. This makes it an excellent choice for those seeking a spot for a casual drink and a satisfying snack."

"This place was to find a little jewel. it is one of the few places where the staff know about vegan eating. friendly and accommodating, they help them a real vegan meal. they have veggie options displayed on the menu and they can ask what can be customized. this could be a burger or enchilada z. we went there several times and each time I got a fresh and tasty food. they really pay attention to good eating and good organic coffee as well. they can enjoy everything outside in the beautiful garden area that has a peaceful atmosphere to it. Sometimes there are also live music. all very welcoming to stay a little longer. slurp a delicious honeybush icestee while relaxing outside in the garden! updated by the previous review on 2017-09-05"

"What a fantastic experience! I only have pictures of our starters as they were so good we couldn't wait to tuck into the mains! Starters were creamy garlic snails, fast fried brie cheese, prawn tails and haloumi cheese in bacon. Everyone enjoyed their starters, they were delicious! Mains were 300g rump steak, and chicken schnitzel with calamari (of course I had to get an extra prawn top up with mine) only reason it's not a 5 rating was the steak being sent back to be warmed up steak was delicious and cooked to perfection! Chicken schnitzel was juicy and generously sized along with the calamari strips which weren't oily and were scrumptious. Mushroom sauce was a little salty but full of taste. And the chips were also delicious. <br/>Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. <br/>Service is also amazing and fast, very friendly lady and waiter. I've never seen someone take an order so big and remember everything perfectly. <br/>My family, I and our tunmies are very happy! Thank You!"
