"OMG one of the best kept secrets on the Big Island. Went to check out the beach and stopped here for lunch. What fabulous scenery on the patio overlooking the ocean, amazing cocktails, the “dirty ulu” was my favourite and ate it too quickly to take a photo. The chef sources local ulu through the coop so this is a treat. The food all around so fresh and delicious. The banana bread was fabulous and I loved the hostess who was so inviting and our waitress was super sweet. Mahalo."

"Too loud, very limited menu, and they ran out of food EARLY. We had a large party with PLENTY of warning (made reservation weeks in advance), and they knew this night was going to be hopping due to the live band (they neglected to tell us about). The drinks are weak and not that tasty. Our server was so overwhelmed with too many tables. Just not at all what we expected for a jazz bar...they had a Latin band! LOUD. And even though we had reservations we still had to pay a ridiculous cover charge at the door! Unbelievable."
