L L Drive-in - Kapaa

Great place, a few times. Apparently on diners, drive-in and divas in any form...... loves the fried chicken chili pepper chicken (CPC). Call ahead to order and get through the drive in/travel You thru window!

So thankfully we found this place. It was so bad that we came back on the island twice in our 5 days. We have something new every day and it was all spectacular. If you want to taste delicious Hawaiian food that is authentic, this is the place to go. The plates were big enough that we could buy two and feed 4 people. The encouraging notes on the walls were a good way to waste time while waiting for our food. So fun to read all notes!

Visit the previous restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives because of Saimin Dojo. Tested the Hawaii plate and the Chili Pepper Chicken. Loved the chicken rice on the Hawaiian plate. Not too busy when we visited. Interior seat and drive window.

Huge menu of plates lunch options. It really enjoyed everything. Portions were pretty big. Pork luke was super delicate and tasteful. Service was great and we have our food fast. You also have a few Musubi options to try.

This place is amazing! They have authentic Hawaiian food and they are the friendliest people you will ever meet! I got the chili pepper fried chicken and fried noodle combo. It was so good! I would highly recommend this place!
