My new favorite place in the city for Pho (especially after hiking Cowles on the street). The spring rolls were super fresh, the owners are incredibly nice, and it is a great value. The bride and rare bovine pho are so tasteful that I cannot wait to return. View all feedback.

Just ordered chicken fried rice, along with an order of Xpress pho. I am complaining because I did not receive any jalapeños, nor a lime, or barely anything else to go with it. The lemon has weird spots on it, and I have never received a lemon with an order of Pho. View all feedback.

On November 3rd, 2022 a few of us came here to eat! Conveniently located in the mini mall of Mission Gorge Road where Vons Banfield Pet Hospital is located. Pho Rare Steak is my favorite dish their spring rolls are sooo deliciously close to that of lumpia (my effing fav of favz) that I highly recommend them!!! Mmm now I'm craving this again!!!

I've been going to pho express for years but after Covid and high inflation prices, it's ridiculous how much they charge now. I paid $21 for 2 appetizers!!! And one of them was fried egg rolls which I only wanted half (3 pieces). It's too bad, because the food is pretty decent. The only other plus is the owners are nice.
Hate how much it costs to eat out and are just looking for a reasonably priced Pho in 2023? This is the place to go. Top quality, great flavor, great and fast service.
