I’m wondering if anyone who visited this location on 4/10/23 had gotten food poisoning. I knew the Sandwich tasted off. Only thing I ate that day. I’ve never been so sick in my life. I do not expect a reply but the health department or owner needs to check on this specific location to see if food is being properly prepared/handled correctly. Would never want anyone to experience what I recently did. View all feedback.
Few days ago, they had only drive thru open. Hispanic dude at the drive thru were super rude and angry. Made my sandwiches fully wet with bunch of topping and sauces. He just dont care Bout his job. Please quit and find something else to do. Will never go to this location for sure.
The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”

Very not polite and rude staff and the one I ordered ave turkey they didn’t even put avocado on my sandwich. When I asked him where is my avocado they just start laughing.!! Place is dirty not clean at all and music is loud enough that employers cannot hear when you’re placing the order
Very bad I ordered online and it was the wrong store and the Manger wouldn't give me a refund told me to go back online to get my refund and you can't do that omg please help me 945 Rockland rd Lake Bluff IL 60044 the ordered was for pick and I'm in park city
