I typically use the online ordering through the app so I can get my order in a little quicker. This is the second time I have had to cancel an order because the wait was longer than 20mins. It’s just disappointing View all feedback.

My gf and I ordered through Doordash, and we did not receive our ice cream, so that's unfortunate ? other than that, things were what you expected.
