Hardee's - Leadington

We went through the drive through..... ordered a cheeseburger and fries meal. The gentleman in drive through asked us to pull forward to arrow that it would just be a few minutes ... waited .... He returns to tell me to pull in the #2 spot someone was already in both 1 and 2) ... so pulled close by ....waited 30 min at the point ... I walked inside and There were 4 employees standing around the counter talking and no one inside restaurant.. the gentleman states 2 min before I could even ask where food was . I returned to my vehicle. A different gentleman brings food out about 10 min later . States sorry about your wait my sister replies what was the hold up .... This young gentleman replies Welp do you want them raw he was very rude ..... my sister then told him not to be so rude and he started screaming !!!! Don 't come back and for us to leave now My sister asked him why he was acting like a child and then he started screaming I 'll call the cops We did leave and they had given us the wrong food !!!!!!!! They gave us chicken strips ! Lol This is by the far the worst experience I 've ever had here.... We will never return to this place. Horrible horrible service and very awful staff !!!!!! Yuck !!!! Do better !

FOOD IS TERRIBLE HERE! I got one of their sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and it was terrible! The biscuits where falling apart when you touch them. The thing that pushed me over the edge for this was my child Darcie got a small vanilla shake and the whip cream on the top of the shake was BAD! It was supper chunky definitely spoiled. I hate to add but the bathrooms here are DISGUSTING! Get someone to clean them.

They charge you for items you don't receive, may very well be a good way to make extra money but it's a great way to lose customers. Then the manager refuses to give out the main phone number says he doesn't have it.

First of all the actual location isn't bad. Fairly clean for a fast food place. The girl who took our order wasn't too bright. I'll cut her slack. Maybe she's new, or maybe having a bad day. But when she started eating fries out of the hopper where they dump them to apply salt I about fell over. She then helped herself to a few of my fries as she was moving them from the hopper to the bag, once they had been added. The order was a large order and to their credit they got it 80% correct. But once we started eating the fries were cold and greasy. The rest of the food was warm not hot. I have eaten at this franchise before in other locations and never had a similar experience. Won't be eating here again.
