We decided to order an 18th birthday cake and we are extremely happy that we did. From our initial email to picking up the cake, the service and level of detail was exceptional. The cake exceeded all of our expectations - it looked stunning and tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you to Nailah for everything.
I booked an afternoon tea here and the staff were ever so nice and accommodating! The food was incredible and delicious. It was a lovely experience and would highly recommend.
If there was no stars option on here, I would have chosen it. The service is very poor and staff don’t even acknowledge you as a customer. You take a table, they notice you’re there, and don’t even offer to clear and clean the table for you or offer you a menu. Very stuck up people and not even sure why…for VERY average cakes and pastries?! I think it’s just another place for the Insta pictures humble yourself down please, you’re nothing “special”
Sadly, I am giving this restaurant a 2-star rating. The chocolate burnt cheesecake I had was absolutely delicious and could make anyone forget their troubles. The coffee was also top-notch. However, my experience was ruined by the loud atmosphere in the café. It was around 5pm on a Friday and the place was bustling with noisy customers. I found it hard to enjoy my meal due to the constant chatter of a family and other patrons standing behind me. Despite trying to politely address the issue with the staff, my request for a quieter environment was not met. Unfortunately, the loud and disruptive clientele at this establishment has deterred me from returning. I believe that customers play a big part in shaping a restaurant's reputation, and the environment here was not to my liking. Fortunately, there are other, more peaceful dining options in Leicester that I will be exploring instead.
This bakery is absolutely fantastic. It has been my favorite spot for the past year. Everything is freshly made in the mornings. The staff is extremely helpful and always greets you with a smile. I highly recommend trying the Brownies Milk Cakes, Pistachio Latte, and Cupcakes.
