"I think WOW is quite justified here. Artful chocolatiers are hard to find anywhere in the USA in my experience, but there is one here in the Berkshires. All we have tried at Chocolate Springs is excellent, although we have the wonderful variety of candies and the fact that many are not too sweet. This means a look in the display case will confirm that this chocolate is taken to another level, but the quality of the taste and textures actually corresponds to the artistry of the presentation. As an additional plus, the hand pulled espresso drinks here are better than most other cafés in the region even those who specialize in coffee. "The service we received on a week day was poor. We had to request bread three times at lunch. And the waitress kept forgetting to bring it out. The food was very good be prepared to wait a long time. Also the paper towel machine in theladies room was broken and when reported the head server said ?oh, we know? and did not offer an alternative. A fancyrestaurant like Zinc could easier provide a roll of paper towels in the ladies room. Or how about fix the machine? This mightbe better for takeaway.
