This should be a 2 star review BUT They are really lovely people. Sadly, not great BBQ. Pricing isn 't great and the Pork Ribs were dry and tough. I could taste a very tiny amount of smoke. They need to cook their ribs on a slower heat, for longer time and until they hit a temp past 200. Very disappointing. Won 't be back. read more.
