Poor service in a long time. no utensili serviettes, pepsi machine did not work, ran out of strawberry limonade, slow terrible service. just because someone picked up the restaurant. not my scene and bjs confirmed why.

Our wing appetizer did not come out till after we were half way through our dinner. We are not bitter because of the current workforce shortage.

My dining experience was impacted by not having enough staff. My server was extremely busy, but she did amazing job. My appetizer came out with the main course, which was a waste we didn’t eat it.

Food always great but not a fan of the steak. Chicken excellent!

Restaurant barely had anyone in it but all diners were seated right now to to each other unless you went to the bar. Server took 10 mins to enter our drink and appetizer order on her electronic device. Dinner order was same. There were 4 in our party and it took us almost 2 hours to complete dinner in an almost empty restaurant. Food was good and drinks were as described. Might be an issue with staffing but it wasn’t fun.
