Sonic Drive-in - Louisville

This sonic is the slowest I've ever been to! How is it when I'm the only person in there parking lot ordering breakfast it still takes the 35-45 mins to get my food out to the truck! Once the screen says it's on the way it still takes them 20 mins or longer to bring it after the screen says they are on the way. Just like right now we have been sitting here for 28 mins and still no food this is sad! It's only me and one other vehicle but u can surely see them all looks like 5 of them in there laughing talking slcutting up and goofing with each other. So sad !

I was very disappointed with my burger at this restaurant. It was flat and unappetizing, falling apart and sloppy. I wish I had taken a picture to show how unappealing it looked. The service was also poor. It was a takeout meal for lunch and cost between $10-20 per person. I would not recommend this place for food or service.

I ordered my usual Chicken Dinner and Sweet Tea at this restaurant and overall, it was a decent experience. The Sweet Tea was okay and I enjoyed my chicken, but unfortunately, my toast was not toasted properly. It was soggy from the butter they put on it before placing it in the conveyor toaster. It seemed like an honest mistake, but it was disappointing. Despite this, I believe one mistake doesn't warrant a one-star rating. I plan to visit again when I'm back in town to give them another chance.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My burger was cold, the cheese had not melted, and I did not receive the onions I had requested. Additionally, my milkshake was overly soupy, which forced me to gulp it down quickly instead of using a spoon. It seemed like my burger had been reheated and reused, as it was sloppy and messy. I usually receive good service from Sonic, but that was not the case today. Overall, my visit was a letdown. Service provided was takeout.

The burger was missing meat and only had pickles and ketchup on it.
