We had our Dad’s funeral catered by Maciano’s. So I can’t really rate the atmosphere. Everything else was a 5 star plus! Excellent service, food, and value! Eve...

"I would give a zero star if I could. I ordered dinner for my family directly off of the Napoli website. Again DIRECTLY off of the Napoli website. Napoli apparently partners with DoorDash for delivery and nowhere during the checkout process does it state as such. The DoorDash driver showed up an hour later and did not have the pizza and said the restaurant did not give him the pizza. We called the manager of Napoli’s and they took ZERO accountability and said the customer needs to contact DoorDash. I don’t have a Doordash account. The restaurant partners with a third party delivery service and tells the customer to contact them if the order is wrong or incomplete. I will never order from this restaurant again and I encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere. This company does not care and customers should spend their money elsewhere. An absolute joke of a restaurant."
