There's an invisible barrier around this ice cream shoppe and COVID-19 apparently cannot affect anyone inside. This is true because the day I was there, the staff and customers I saw weren't wearing the required masks. Edaleen Ice Cream in Lynden is highly recommended for anyone who loves delicious, high-quality ice cream, with its commitment to using fresh, local ingredients and friendly service. This place is definitely worth a visit.
Great little spot to grab some yummy ice cream or shakes while camping at the KOA in Lynden. Ice cream scoop portions are good size!

Really good ice cream. Don't let a line deter you, it was wrapped around the inside of the store, but it went quick.Friendly staff and good flavors. Lots of prepacked flavors too.
Best ice cream anywhere. Hard ice cream is made on site and the price is great. The single scoop is huge! Could barely finish my ice cream cone. Their kids cone was the size I was expecting for the single scoop. Go for it you won 't be sorry you stopped in!
