The rudest encounter I've ever had. Being a first time customer, I walk in and get sarcasm, dirty looks and smart mouth remarks from the old guy and lady because I didn't know exactly what I wanted the second I walked in. They seemed extremely put out having to wait for me to look at the menu and then tried to argue with me when I apolozied for inconveniencing them with my indecision. Delicious food. My favorite sandwich shop, leagues above Subway, and Ray sauce is great. Not many experiences with Delivery, but never had any problems. A great place to grab food- the Italian special is my favorite.
Food is great, but the owner is repugnant. I heard him, unprompted, bad mouth his employees for quitting for several minutes. I find it hard to believe that his five, extremely polite, employees quit almost all at once and his behavior had nothing to do with it. I once also stopped in for a bottle of water and was refused the sale unless I also bought something else. If you choose to eat here you’ll be satisfied but I’ll never give this man my business again.
Hands down best bread you'll have in your life. Lovely family owned business.
