We recently visited Menchies in Queen anne and our experience was simply awesome! Being a vegetarian/vegan we always have hard time to find something eggfree, Menchies has many options for us! We tried several seasonal options and we liked chocolate, Strawberry and vanilla flavors.From start to end our experience was really good- nice and clean store and staff was very welcoming. All the toppings were sparse, and along with that the gummy bears were GROSS. The flavors were good especially their cotton candy, the majority of the topping were not that good to begin with could definitely use a different selection. The lady at the front was nice and helpful but the place also looked like it could’ve used a cleaning. View all feedback.
Standard froyo place with barely any upkeep. I don 't want to be harsh on the employees since they 're usually just children and can 't really be expected to control misbehaving customers but I regularly see adults, their kids, teenagers just stick their bare hands into the toppings to sample them, which is just disgusting. And usually no one there to ask them to leave or stop them.If you don 't want to eat doodoo handed toppings, stick to just the froyo.
Menchies truly stands out as a delightful frozen yogurt haven. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the vast selection of toppings, ranging from fresh fruit to indulgent candies and everything in between. The variety seemed endless, catering to every taste bud imaginable. The store's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless counters and neatly arranged toppings stations, enhancing the overall experience. What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. Their friendly smiles and eagerness to assist made choosing toppings a joyous affair. In essence, this place not only offers a plethora of delicious options but also ensures a pleasant environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

They advertised a two for one deal and did not honor it. The worker was surly, and did not treat us with respect. Will never go again.
Excellen Location( 12 different types of flavors including Vegan and NSA . Very nice an clean place. Staff is always welcoming and ask your feedback. This will be my new dessert place from now on.Vegetarian options: Eggfree options, Vegan options, No Sugar added optionsKid-friendliness: Best place for kids.. Super clean and lovely staff.
