Staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them, lovely to have conversations with the staff I prefer the walk in, too much automation in everyday life now and interaction is key to happiness I have never left there unhappy with my purchase. . I waited at front counter for 10 mins with no one helping me I had a couple workers look at me and the stayed in the back the only crew member that was going to help me was on break so I View all feedback.
My worst experience ever. Ordered thru th app. Mgr said they didn't know anything about how the app worked. They cancmy order and recharged me at a higher

I had ketchup on my big mac. I didn't order a big mac with ketchup. Yuck that was nasty.
It's fast food I get it. But expect fresh food not dried out cold
