We loved it. I've eaten ramen all over the world, and this was the best I've had in Louisiana. I'd prefer the traditional pork belly to the denser pork loin, but I get it. They're just catering to their localmarket. Both the spicy miso based broth and the traditional tonkotsu broth were excellent, and the price is very reasonable. The service was exceptional. The menu had many options. The poboy was good but the bread was not fresh and it was toasted too long. The stuffed peppers were a hit but they where a little rushed.
