Went to Adam’s for breakfast. They had multiple vegan options on the menu that I didn’t see online. I opted for the vegan waffle (delicious! and they made me some vegan potatoes. They had a fresh juice of the day, which was incredible and a selection of vegan pastries. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. View all feedback.
What SoyKal-El doesn't like about Adam's Mountain Cafe:
I had pretty high expectations based on the reviews but didn’t think the food lived up to the hype. Glad they have options and they were solid but this isn’t somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit. View all feedback.
Saw at the bar where Jo was worried about me. Had the fig Crostini, who should die for good! Also the peach champagne cocktail, which was a special one. Ends with the apple and pear snack. It was too crowded, so it took me. I told Jo I was flying home this morning, so I would have breakfast. As promised, Jo, I thought of you when I ate it at Denver International and waited to take my plane home. Thank you for a great last meal in Colorado!
Well, was inexperienced at traveling around co. springs and US24 doesn't help with your ability to see ahead for places to stop and eat so we were totally pleased to have just pulled off at a random exit, turned left and found a full parking lot at this little cafe. The menu was varied with yummy looking stuff but we chose the tai salad with chicken and the vietnamese chicken sandwich. We told the waitress we wanted to split the salad and sandwich, which came from another of wait staff and our waitress noticed right away no extra plates so she promptly brought out 2 plates. The food was remarkable, the beer fine and we continued into the Rockies with a much better feeling about travel in Colorado than when we started on US24.
Totally not what I expected from the outside appearance. So nice and quaint inside!! Loved the honey pots and the raw sugar on the table. The Orange almond french toast was amazing as well as the black tea latte with vanilla. I ordered the turkey sausage, and it was so fresh!! (not the frozen, warm in the pan kinda turkey sausage) however the herbs in it were too strong with what else I ordered, so I didn't care for it. Choices on the menu were awesome. Wish we had tried it for dinner. Would defiitely come back if we're in the area again.
Had the crostini and the creamy vegan pasta both were amazing! They have a kids menu that actually has veggies on it too!
This was my first visit here. Sister recommended it because it had Vegan options. I had the Vegan Breakfast bowl with sesame crusted tofu and it was delicious. There were other options to choose from and I definitely want to go back to try other dishes. There were 4 of us that went and we all got something different and we all loved the food. Definitely would recommend. Great atmosphere and service and the food was delicious.
