Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mansfield

I come here on my lunch break and always get fresh chicken. Today i was waiting in the lobby to give my order and there was only one person running the front counter. They were super busy and it seemed like he was doing more then his share of work. It took a while to get my food but it was fresh and they mad sure i was taken care of.

Mom wanted Popeye's to satisfy her craving for chicken. The Tuesday Special combo sounded good. We never do eat dark meat but we thought we'd give the daily special a try. I had mine spicy but we both agreed it was delicious. Leg and a thigh was a winner! The.biscuit was great also. Why don't these places ever have butter? Lol Being out of coleslaw I had the beans and rice which was very tasty! Drinks are self refill and free. $5.99.ot bad at all.

This location refuses to open and horrible staff. If I could give them a 0 I would.

This place has extensively ruined my day even now >a good lil while after leaving! Knowing how much this will eat into the limited time ive got, here goes! THIS IS HOW insanely HORRID each visit here has made this Popeyes the ABSOLUTE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE (This review is ONLY IN REFERENCE TO THIS SPECIFIC PHYSICAL POPEYES LOCATION @287 Walnut Creek) I 've ever EVERRRRR been to IN LIFE no joke. What I don 't understand is how this place is STILL running or in business after SO MANY YEARS OF consistently being the WORST OF places providing THE MOST TERRRRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE/FOOD/ENNNGLISH SPEAKING/BEHAVIOR/ATTITUDE for SO LONG, at least since I moved here 4 years ago! Sadly it 's the only popeyes in my area for tens of miles unfortunately making it the most convenient to reach. The employees there have the worst most disrespectful attitudes could give ZERO effs about the customer or customer service! It 's insanely obvious NONE of them want to be there or do ANY WORK WHATSOEVER! Either IGNORING people at the counter for over 10mins while passing the counter bk forth looking u dead in the eye then continuing to mosey about doing this that, behaving as if they were clearly closed or not in service! Worst fact being >THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CHICKEN according to the drive thru person taking orders (or really lack thereof). Literally NONE AT ALL. No tenders no nuggets no spicy or non THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME u drive thru after 5pm! They are so aloof EACH ONE dressed so sloppily as if they seemingly sleep in their uniforms! Basically everyone there is speaking Spanish to each other not communicating with customers. Rolling eyes etc... Just no more! None being prepped or ordered from another store or ANYTHING! Just NADA!! And GOOD LUCK trying to locate any ANY management or employee names at ALL! Manager IS NEVER there! Not at any of the times I hv felt the need (every time) to speak with a member of management! Just ATROCIOUS and a BLATANT DISGRACE to this company 's brand! This place is actually supposedly to be representing the company which is undeniably extremely bad for biz. Don 't understand how it 's still around or running or continously filtering the worst of individuals for hire!?!!!! It 's like they all have their own little group anyone OUTSIDE the group will be ignored or sent away! This has been happening for all the years I 've had the dishonor of living near to! I have to literally drive out of my way wasting SO MUCH gas when I really want popeyes! Some times I do the entire atmosphere vibe is like NIGHT DAY when compared with this location! Popeyes!!! >These ingrates are the worst of humans truly giving your brand name (company) a horrid rep u can only imagine the taste it leaves customers with and the feeling after leaving so unsatisfied and truly extensivley frustrated in the most disturbed fashion, with most people 's recollection being amplified which leads many too visitors so scarred upset to ever even entertain the idea of visiting another location regardless of rating or reputation! This place completely RUINS the image of popeyes! Word of mouth is more impactful will eventually lead this location to its demise which I can only hope will finally happen ASAP! God forbid a person decide to give them another chance after months of keeping away in hopes of this time being different better staffed only to again be disappointed continually at which point the last straw will have been drawn. So sad disgraceful!

FIRST VISIT: After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised by my experience. When am I going to learn to check reviews first? This location truly is subpar, even for a Popeyes. We all just tolerate the poor service for the great food. But this location takes poor service to a new level. I placed an order in the app. When I arrived, I pulled into the drive thru line and then noticed in the app that it said to come in. So I left the drive thru line, circled, parked, and discovered that the door was locked. It didn’t matter though. They were OUT of all three items I ordered. They were not apologetic Or accommodating about it. They said I could get 2 pieces of chicken or 3 tenders instead. Or I could come back tomorrow and see if they have it then. SECOND VISIT: I'm not sure why I thought things would be better if I gave them another chance. It wasn't. The wait was almost 45 minutes, making me late. I ordered three items. I should have checked the bag before I left the drive-thru. One of the three items was missing and the other two were wrong. The two that were wrong were chicken sandwiches. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Golden BBQ chicken sandwich. The two chicken sandwiches I received were completely plain. No pickles. No spicy mayo. No BBQ Honey Mustard. No regular mayo. Nothing. All of their chicken sandwiches are supposed to have pickles and one of the three sauces.
