Restaurant had over half the tables open yet it took 35 minutes to get a table even though no one was waiting that I could see. Then it took 25 more minutes to get chips and order then after 40 more minutes we had to leave so we could catch plane. Rude hostess and mgr. Feel sorry for staff. Don’t go unless you are on a longggggg layover. View all feedback.
No place to sit and eat, slowest service ever, food was blah, didn’t give us the sauce we asked for
Very slow service, unless you are at the bar. Good guacamole, rest of food ok.
The worst, if this place wasn 't in the airport I 'll bet they 'd be out of business. I wasn 't allowed to move a chair (an empty chair) from facing the bar to facing the window so I could sit next to my girlfriend. Then we couldn 't move to a table without seeing the hostess even though there were a dozen empty tables, and the cherry on top? No frozen drinks. I thought this was a visit to Florida! The staff were rude and unprofessional.
Worst customer service. Probably top 3 worst I've ever had. Considering there were plenty of empty tables once seated, people coming after us received their complementary chips and salsa, and the server's legitimate lack of concern for anything. The fact that we had to ask for each and every thing, including the check, is just abysmal to say the least. Only good thing was that the chef was actually decent and the food was okay. With a flight to catch we nearly didn't have time to eat even when we had over 90 min till boarding because service was horrid. Don't come here even if you have all day unless you love wasting your own time.
I did not like that I had pay on scan bar app I didn’t like it because my phone didn’t work right and she didn’t give bill so I know what I’m paying. I wanted soda
