In for a nice piece of meat I decided to order the entrecote.....when finished cutting out the eatable parts from the bones and the sinews I noticed more than half of the entrecote remained at my plate. When the waitor noticed he immediately offered a different meat dish (beef)which clearly was a lot better quality. An appreciated gesture! View all feedback.
