What Jan Mick doesn't like about Carrabba's Italian Grill:
Was pretty empty and sat us by the kitchen! Service was good. Ordered 2 steak med/rare meals, were both totally raw! Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo came as a pile of noodles, NO SAUCE! Needless to say, will NEVER go there again and will tell all that ask me about Carrabbas, not to go! View all feedback.
Food and service were exclusively. Clean restaurant with plenty of parking. Close to interchange for easy access. Everyone was very y friendly.

Usually eat here and the food and service was great, but tonight something must have been off because we had many issues with our service and food. First issue we had was we got the garlic mashed potatoes and they put WAAAYYY too much pepper on it it was impossible to eat. Second our drinks did not get refilled until the end of the third course of our meals and they gave us the wrong pop I asked for root beer and was given Dr Pepper. Third there was no sauce on my chicken Parmesan I ordered. Fourth the table we were sat at was so small and our server rarely picked up our dishes so we felt very cramped and anxious not knowing where to put anything. My aunts Tuscan chicken dish was good and so were the stuffed mushroom appetizer and my chicken parmesan. Going to still come back and give this place a try again another time but these many events of issues is making it hard to want to try again.
Great food and service here. Our waitress was excellent. The food was delicious and we'll be back again. Thank you for an enjoyable dinner .
Dominick is an awesome server. Very pleasant and personable.
