"I think I went on a bad day because usually I love black rock! I went this past weekend and had a long wait in the drive thru. I really don’t mind that. I repeated my order three times per the baristas request. I just wanted cold brew with some sweetener in it. They handed me a horrible beverage and shooed me away. There was no opportunity to tell them it did not look right. I threw it away as the flavor was horrible. I’ll go back to black rock but not this location."
