Papa John's Pizza - Miami Gardens

Ordered a XXL pizza and got 3 little pepperoncini asked for some more and they said the manager wanted me to pay for it lol and guess how many extra I got? 3 more little ones.... honestly idk if its Joe Biden inflation or what but I never got chargedextra for this before first time ever

This guy the manager of who ever he is clearly doesn?t know how to make pizza this isn?t a thin crust or a regular pizza this is a sloppy flat bread. Very rude and disrespectful calling me a liar.

They always get my orders right and everyone there is Keen to making sure the customer is happy from the preparation of your pizza, through the oven, all the way up to the cash register.. very hard workers and very friendly.. thank you Carol City PapaJohn's for all the fantastic food that's always on time and Jumanji!

They never answer the phone and on top of that the chubby girl that works on the front is very disrespectful and ugly i was going to order 20 pizzas for my wedding and she told me to leave very rude she should work at the back because she looks likeshe can loss some weight thank you so much

I hope I get my reward points back, I've been ordering at this Papa John's every two weeks for almost a decade. The last 3 months have been the worst. No need to dive into details but everything you can imagine is an issue as far as quality of food. Imust admit though the staff has remained pleasant, although the product has declined. ???? I'll have to give pizza hut a try.
