Wendy's - Miramar

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff were rude and seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with each other than in helping customers with their orders or payments. They were not attentive at all and displayed poor interpersonal and communication skills. The lack of hygiene also really bothered me, and I ended up throwing away my food because I was so disturbed by the unhygienic practices I witnessed.

The staff at this restaurant are unmotivated and impolite, leading to a very poor customer service experience. The place is also not clean. I cannot recommend this restaurant unless you’re looking for a truly disappointing experience. It was awful, absolutely awful.

This location of La Inocencia closes before the advertised hours, and they consistently get the orders wrong. Additionally, the staff often has an attitude. I wouldn't recommend going there if you have the option of visiting another location.

Great service and the manager andrea was very helpful as always. I will definitely return to this location and the staff was also very nice. great experience

Definitely worth a visit. The person working the drive thru was very polite and professional. He seemed like genuinely nice person. His name is Greg. The food was hot and freshly made. The fries were also hot and fresh. It was a quick stop on a trip down to Miami with hungry kids in the car.I'll definitely pass by again soon. This was probably one of the best experiences I have had at a Wendy's.
