Jamba Juice The drinks are great, but I was shocked how many calories were in a small smoothie. They definitely add a ton of sugar because I make smoothies at home and it is nowhere near so sweet. Maybe if you are one of those people who are in eating fruits / vegetables, this could be a good place for you. Just know it's not almost as healthy as they make it. View all feedback.
