"Being on a business trip with colleagues, and having enough free time at lunchtime, having visited almost all public catering places in Severomorsk in a couple of weeks, I can say that Charlie's cafe is the only civilized place, but unfortunately not without flaws. What we liked, decoration, interior, themed accessories, table bases are made on frames from old foot operated sewing machines, monitors show a b&w movie with the inimitable Charlie Chaplin, attractive napkin holders and spice devices are on the tables, all this pleases the eye, especially after gloomy cereals places where we visited, the menu is not intricate, everything is simple and clear, the waiter Maxim (aka MAX by badge) is friendly, polite, tactful, pleasant in communication, but somehow a little confused or embarrassed. We weren’t wiser, we took a serving of soup with meatballs, although there are no soups on the menu, two servings of Caesar salad with chicken, and one serving of Thai salad. Two servings of soup were brought right away, and one was somehow delayed a bit.... that's strange. The soup, according to two opinions out of three, was oversalted but not critical, and according to all three opinions delicious, really tasty soup! Caesar salad, slightly overdone with the salad, but what really confused me was the crackers unpleasantly abundantly soaked in vegetable oil, you see, when they fried the bread, they poured oil from the heart, but in the end, according to two opinions out of two, the salad is delicious. Thai salad, according to my colleague, is quite tasty, but he thinks it would be more acceptable to use beef or pork in it, rather than chicken meat, and a little bit spicier. Further coffee tea there everything is fine. What I didn’t like, entering the cafe, a shabby, spreading laminate at the seams rushed into my eyes, shamefully. We chose a table, sat down ..... after a short stupidity, Maxim from behind the bar informed us that the choice of dishes, and payment immediately, is carried out by visitors directly at the bar ... although in terms of the format I expected a more familiar service, but for the dishes we ordered I didn’t have to go to the bar, MAX brought it in a couple of visits, and that’s good. Then something incomprehensible happened, a couple sat down at the next table and a girl in a black blouse tucked into black leather trousers came out to them, which, as I understand it, does not correspond to the uniform of this institution. Nevertheless, this couple was served at a table .... it is not clear ... and service in places of this format should be understandable, so to speak generally accepted. There is no toilet in the cafe, something is not clear with it, or it doesn’t exist at all, or it is being built, or it doesn’t work. Maxim even mumbled there, I didn’t really understand, but he clearly explained where to proceed to me on the second attempt, and I followed the aisles of the cafe to the toilet belonging to the Builder’s House of Culture, in the building of which Charlie’s cafe is actually located. Everything is fine in the toilet, you can see after a good repair, but there are no toilet bowls in the men's toilet, they are installed by the military blah sea blah duchka blah. Perhaps everything, in general, is so, but I repeat that in the city of the hero of Severomorsk this is the most civilized place, to understand the contrast, you can visit the moon and scrambled eggs tavern, it is very close. I hope the administration will read this review, take measures to develop in the direction of improving service in the first place, well, everything else in the second place. And thanks to this review, I killed enough time to survive the tedious lectures about nothing, thank you all."

Все, сидим в ожидании наслаждаемся общением. Выбор вина огромный и на любой вкус, есть сомелье, который поможет с выбором вина, есть вина как в бутылках, так и по одному бокалу, что удобно. К салату мужа претензий не было, салат, как салат. А вот поданная паста принесла самый неприятный сюрприз. По всей видимости пасту они делают сами впрочем, как и должно быть, если они себя позиционируют, как паста бар . Так вот, паста была вкусная все замечательно, пока не взяв очередную макаронину за ней не потянулись ещё несколько.... Паста фарфалле была я сначала решила, что это сыр, но как то подозрительно он не тянулся, и приглядевшись я поняла, что это чей то волос! Позвав официантку, она быстро все унесла, сказала переделают. И вот такие ситуации показывают отношение к клиенту. На кухне может происходить многое, я это всегда понимаю. НО! Я ждала, первое, что к нам подойдёт администратор, все таки ситуация не штатная и извинится за происходящее, второе, помимо слов нам сделаю комплимент, как это принято в других заведениях, но нет. Администратор со самый скучающим видом ходила по залу, за ситуацию извинялись каждый раз официантки они умнички приветливы и доброжелательны, подскажут по меню и помогут с выбором и в конце вечера расплачиваясь официантка услышала, что у меня день рождения, она быстренько принесла подарок сделанный по своей инициативе, небольшую бутылочку красного вина, было приятно, решили что стоит оставить ей на чай. Вывод, вкусная еда, приятный интерьер, ненавязчивая музыка, бесполезный администратор, муж, который чуть ли не с лупой доедал свои спагетти, т.к. боялся и у себя найти волосы, умнички официантки. Больше не пойдем, не хочу снова найти у себя в еде чужой волос..."
