Myself and my Wife were there nearly 2 weeks ago. The food was excellent and unbelievably great value. I had the fish and chips and would definitely recommend it. The staff are really friendly and the service was excellent. A special mention to Jenny who was very helpful and thanks for holding onto my phone when i left it behind. Nice pub. Went here yesterday. Food was very reasonably priced but nothing special..chips were hard and the steak was tough. Young girl behind the bar was miserable and put me off the second I went to order a drink. 4 girls all standing chatting behind the bar and looked at us as if we walked into somewhere we weren't welcome. Great food. Great value and lovely pints of Guinness also gorgeous red wine. Lovely staff really excellent service
